Artem is a Scientist developing formats and encodings for structural heterogeneity. His background spans structural biology infrastructure, machine learning applications to cryo-EM, ribosome shape and heterogeneity analysis at UBC, and integrative databases of tubulin structures. Before his current role, he was a research technician in the Klumpe lab at the Institute of Molecular Pathology in Vienna, developing CryoET pipeline orchestration and data analysis methods, particularly for viral particles.
